Question: How do I notify the water district that I have sold or purchase property and the billing information needs to be changed.
Answer: Call and leave a detailed message on the answering machine 605-722-7560. Include your phone number so if we have questions we can call you.

Question: When can I request a new service be tapped.
Answer: Tapping the TTWD water main for a new service is only allowed May 1 though September 30. October 1 through April 30 new service water taps are strictly forbidden.

Question: When can I tap a new service in the Terry Trojan water District
Answer: Only From May 1 to September 30 each year
